We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard.
What we have done

- High contrast colours: dark text on light backgrounds
- Large, clearly labelled buttons with generous tap areas
- Plain English throughout, with no medical jargon
- Keyboard navigable: the site can be used without a mouse
- Screen reader friendly: all images have alternative text and forms have labels
- No auto-playing media, flashing content or carousels
- Mobile first: works well on phones and tablets
- Breadcrumb navigation on all pages
- Phone numbers are clickable on mobile
