Free, confidential mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged 11-25 across Greater Manchester, including counselling, CBT, and creative groups.
42nd Street is a Manchester-based charity with 40 years experience supporting young peoples emotional wellbeing and mental health. Services for 11-25 year olds include one-to-one therapeutic support, counselling, CBT, group programmes and the Silvercloud digital platform. Specialist offers cover womens groups, LGBTQ+ support, bullying, abuse and identity issues. Young people can self-refer, or be referred by parents, carers or professionals. Everything is free and confidential, delivered from The Space youth centre in Ancoats and outreach venues.
