The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service is a free, confidential service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. It is delivered by either Able Futures or Maximus (you apply to one). Up to nine months of one-to-one help from a qualified mental health professional covers coping strategies, talking treatments, sleep, money worries and workplace adjustments. Open to people aged 16 and over in England, Scotland or Wales who are employed or self-employed.
