Free DWP-funded confidential work-focused mental health support to help people in Great Britain stay in or return to work. Delivered by Able Futures and Maximus.
The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service is a free, confidential service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. It is delivered by either Able Futures or Maximus (you apply to one). Up to nine months of one-to-one help from a qualified mental health professional covers coping strategies, talking treatments, sleep, money worries and workplace adjustments. Open to people aged 16 and over in England, Scotland or Wales who are employed or self-employed.

Not suitable for: This service is for people who are already in work or returning to work. It is not available if you are not currently employed or about to start a job.
