Action for Children supports children and young people UK-wide via local services, Parent Talk live chat and Sidekick text helpline.
Action for Children protects and supports children and young people across the UK through local services and online support. Parent Talk offers free 1-1 live chat with qualified parenting coaches for parents of children 0-19. Sidekick is its confidential text/email helpline for 13-18 year-olds (up to 25 with SEND). Local face-to-face services range from childcare to disability support and are always free or low-cost. Supporter Care: 0300 123 2112.
