The Find Your Active Place Navigators are a free Active Essex service for residents who are nervous about getting active or unsure where to start. Navigators are local people on the ground who offer phone or doorstep support, signposting to local walking groups, community activities, home activity packs and online classes, and help create new opportunities where none exist. Callum Riordan covers the Braintree area; residents can be referred by GPs, social prescribers or self-refer via the Active Essex website.
