Free 12-month physical activity and wellbeing programme for inactive adults at risk of cardiovascular disease or low mental wellbeing.
Active Herts in Watford and Three Rivers helps inactive adults at risk of cardiovascular disease or with mild to moderate mental health needs. Health and Wellbeing Specialists work one to one to build a plan around motivations, goals and barriers, with support for up to twelve months. Options include group exercise tailored to ability, walking groups, online videos and affordable or free gym membership for people on benefits. Referrals come from GPs and other professionals, or people can sign up themselves.

Eligibility: Adults 16+ who do less than 30 minutes of physical activity per week and live in Watford, Three Rivers, Broxbourne, Hertsmere or Stevenage.
