Active Lincolnshire is the countys Active Partnership, working to address inactivity and health inequalities across Lincolnshire. They support the social prescribing network and link workers to connect patients with walking groups, sport clubs and exercise on prescription. Active Lincolnshire works with healthcare professionals on pre-natal support, COPD programmes, and mental health physical activity initiatives. They also publish a directory of activity providers for referrals.
