Active Partnership for Norfolk funded by Sport England, supporting residents to be physically active and live healthy lives.
Active Norfolk is the Sport England funded Active Partnership for Norfolk, working across Breckland, Great Yarmouth, North Norfolk, Broadland, Norwich, South Norfolk and Kings Lynn and West Norfolk. Programmes include Active at Home, which supports vulnerable and older adults with home based exercise and mindfulness, Walk Leader Training, and the biennial Childrens Active Lives Survey. The team partners with Norfolk County Council and the national Active Partnerships network.
