Age Concern Southend's Haven Community Hub runs a wide programme of tutor-led activities including keep fit, yoga, tai chi, line dancing, art groups, falls prevention classes, IT support, crochet and knitting groups, chair yoga and pilates. Club 50+ is a social club managed by Age Concern.
