Local charity offering advice, befriending, day activities and handyperson help for older Barnet residents.
Age UK Barnet supports older people across the borough from the Ann Owens Centre, Oak Lane, East Finchley N2 8LT, with day opportunities also at Hendon. Free services include information and advice, the Handyperson scheme (with free lightbulb and smoke alarm battery changes), Dementia Adviser, Dementia Befriending, Winter Home Check, the Scams Prevention Programme, Household Support Fund and Barnet Social Prescribing.
