Age UK Berkshire is based at Unit 119, Broad Street Mall, Reading RG1 7QE, and serves all six Berkshire unitaries including Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham. Services include free information and advice on benefits, care and housing, befriending and telephone friendship, exercise classes (Falls Prevention, Tai Chi, seated yoga, Boccia), Dementia Cafes, singing groups, home help and toenail-cutting clinics.
