Age UK Birmingham supports people aged 50+ across Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley. Free services include Information & Advice on benefits, social care, housing and scams, the Memory Care Service for people living with dementia, Later Life Planning for wills and lasting powers of attorney, Falls Prevention home assessments, the Edgbaston Neighbourhood Network Scheme, Brum Buddies, Walking Netball, chair-based exercise and digital skills sessions.
