Independent local charity supporting older people across BCP and East Dorset with home help, befriending, day centres and information advice.
Age UK Bournemouth, Poole and East Dorset supports people aged 55 and over across the BCP area. Services include Help at Home with gardening, cleaning and tech support, footcare clinics, the Lets Connect group and a Dementia Day Centre, Project Purple yoga, gentle exercise, walks and day trips, free Information and Advice on benefits, and the Relieving Loneliness Community Connections visiting and befriending project. Information hubs are in Moordown and Ferndown.
