Age UK Bucks supports older people across the county from 145 Meadowcroft, Aylesbury HP19 9HH. The Information & Advice team assists with welfare benefits including Personal Independence Payment and Attendance Allowance, while volunteers run befriending, hospital-discharge support, BOOST community reengagement and Befriending Plus.
