Bright Memories from Age UK Cheshire is a day activity programme for people experiencing memory loss or early-stage dementia, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis. Participants enjoy varied activities chosen specifically for those living with cognitive change, in a supportive group environment that gives carers a regular break and helps members stay socially connected and stimulated.
