Free befriending for people aged 50+ across Cheshire who are isolated or lonely.

Sharing Time is a free befriending service from Age UK Cheshire for people aged 50 and over across both Cheshire unitaries. Trained volunteers visit or telephone regularly to offer companionship, conversation and a friendly ear, helping reduce loneliness and social isolation. The match is based on shared interests so people get on. Referrals come from anyone, including the person themselves, family, GPs or social workers.
