Age UK Hammersmith and Fulham serves older residents from its Activity Centre at 105 Greyhound Road, London W6 8NJ. Services include the Wills & Probate Service, Lasting Power of Attorney support, the In Touch Befriending project (currently accepting referrals), Digital Skills Support, lunch club, wellness treatments including footcare, acupuncture and massage, and a charity shop.
