Independent charity supporting older people aged 50+ in Hull and East Yorkshire with befriending, advice and home support.
Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire has supported older people locally for over 75 years. Services include free information and advice on benefits, social care and housing, a befriending service to reduce loneliness for those aged 50 and over, digital connections support, home support workers to help older adults live independently, and a Falls Prevention and Awareness Service offering home assessments. The new Gift of Friendship programme provides tailored companionship.
