Older peoples charity providing Living Well services, advice, dementia and post-hospital support across St Helens, Halton and Warrington.
Age UK Mid Mersey is an independent charity working with people aged 50 and over across St Helens, Halton, Warrington and Knowsley. Their Living Well service is built around four themes: health and wellness, social inclusion, personal independence and staying connected. They offer information and signposting, welfare advice, dementia care programmes including MCST, digital skills training, community companionship, post-hospital support and social activities. Volunteers provide companionship and help people feel less isolated.
