Age UK Norfolk is the local Age UK charity for older people across the county. Based at the Henderson Business Centre, 51 Ivy Road, Norwich, it offers free information and advice on welfare benefits and social care, befriending, and the Communities in Motion programme of free physical activity sessions for over-65s in the Great Yarmouth area.
