Age UK North Cumbria is an independent charity working with people aged 50 and over in Carlisle and Eden. The team offers free, confidential information and advice on benefits, money, housing and health, plus a Handy Person scheme for small home repairs, Home Support for daily tasks, and the Well at Home hospital discharge service. Social opportunities and the Wellbeing Centre in Carlisle host activities, social prescribing sessions and warm spaces to reduce loneliness.
