Age UK Rochdale Borough provides information and advice on benefits, care and housing, plus social activities, befriending, day clubs and exercise sessions for older people in Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and the Pennines villages. The team supports people to remain independent at home, complete benefit forms and link to home help. Group activities reduce isolation and support those living with dementia and their carers.
