Folkestone wellbeing hub for older people from Age UK South Kent Coast.
The Folkestone wellbeing hub is part of Age UK South Kent Coast, the independent local charity covering Sandwich, Deal, Dover and Folkestone (registered charity 1187363). It runs the Memory Matters 14-week programme of activities, music and stimulation for people with mild to moderate dementia, group activities for over-50s and the freshly prepared two-course hot lunch delivery service.
