Local Age UK supporting older people in Southampton with information, befriending, activities and home help.
Age UK Southampton is based at the Freemantle and Shirley Community Centre, Randolph Street, SO15 3HE, with a separate Padwell Day Centre at 11-21 Padwell Road, SO14. Services include free information and advice, day care, befriending, exercise classes, lunch clubs, a handyperson service and home visits for people who cannot easily get out.
