Information, advice and wellbeing services for older people across Teesside.
Age UK Teesside supports over-50s across Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. Services include welfare benefits advice, befriending, Warm Homes fuel poverty support, the Phoenix Project mental health programme, the Middlesbrough Dementia Advisor Service, technology help and carers respite. Staff and volunteers visit people at home where needed and run community activities to keep older residents independent and connected.
