The Alzheimer's Society runs free activity groups and carers peer support sessions across Essex for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. Groups offer a range of activities with a focus on socialising in a friendly, informal setting. Carers peer support provides an opportunity for carers to share experiences, receive support and connect with others in similar situations. No charge for attendance. Part of the Alzheimer's Society Essex Community Dementia Support Services.
