About this service
Anaphylaxis UK is the only UK-wide charity for people at risk of severe allergic reactions. The helpline 01252 542029 is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. It supports families managing food allergies, latex, drug and insect-sting reactions, including school plans, travel, dining out and use of adrenaline auto-injectors. Online AllergyWise training covers parents, individuals, carers and professionals. Local support groups, factsheets and product recall alerts are also available. Not a medical emergency line.
