Free Monday-evening peer support group for men aged 18+ in Durham city.
Andys Man Club is a national network of free, peer-led talking groups for men aged 18 and over struggling with their mental health. Founded in 2016 after the loss of Andy Roberts to suicide, the charity now runs 320+ groups every Monday from 7pm to 9pm. Durham city has its own weekly group offering a safe space to talk, share experiences and find support. No referral or appointment is needed; just turn up.
