The Anna Freud Crisis Messenger is a free, confidential, 24/7 text message support service for anyone feeling overwhelmed or struggling to cope, delivered by the Anna Freud Centre, a leading children's mental health charity. Text AFC to 85258 to chat with a trained volunteer about suicidal thoughts, abuse, self-harm, bullying, relationships and more. The On My Mind digital library supports young people aged 10-25.
