ASB Harmony is a free, confidential support service for people affected by anti-social behaviour across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, delivered by the charity Victim Support. It offers emotional support, practical help such as home security and housing liaison, advocacy with the police and councils, and an impartial mediation service between neighbours or others in dispute — whether or not the anti-social behaviour was reported to police.
