Basildon Mind has supported people with mental health problems in the Basildon area for over 40 years. Services include individual counselling, wellbeing groups, a walking group, yoga, the Humankind Cafe, an allotment project and out-of-hours wellbeing support. They also run Sanctuary Plus providing overnight support.
