The team runs social and support groups, a befriending and mentorship scheme, family and carer support, signposting and volunteering opportunities. The building has welcoming therapy rooms designed to feel safe, and work focuses on raising self-esteem, reducing isolation, supporting independence and engaging people who would not usually take part in community activities.
