Free NHS Talking Therapies service providing CBT, counselling and guided self-help for Bedfordshire and Luton adults.
The Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service is the NHS Talking Therapies provider for Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire. Adults can self-refer by phone on 01234 880 400 or through the online form at gateway.mayden.co.uk, then choose phone, video or face-to-face sessions. The service also runs a Keyworker pathway for NHS staff and care workers, plus free self-help webinars. In a crisis, callers should use NHS 111 option 2 instead.
