Free advice and funding support for Essex residents experiencing fuel poverty or home energy problems.
Better Housing Better Health is a free service helping residents who are living in, or at risk of, fuel poverty. Available to all Essex residents experiencing issues with home energy, the service offers a free helpline providing tips on staying warm, financial help for pre-payment meters, small emergency items, and help accessing funding for energy efficiency measures such as insulation and new heating systems. Support is available by phone and home visit.
