Kirklees social prescribing service delivered by Touchstone, connecting adults to community activities.
Better in Kirklees is a social prescribing service delivered by Touchstone on behalf of Kirklees Council. It supports adults living with a long-term health condition, including mental health, learning disability, dementia, sensory impairment or substance issues, to access community-based activities. Members can join art classes, gentle exercise, befriending, bereavement support, gardening, IT classes, luncheon clubs, singing, sports buddies and wheelchair sports. Free to anyone over 18 in Kirklees.
