Parent-led charity supporting families of disabled children and young people in Bexley.
Bexley SNAP runs activities for disabled children and young people aged 1 to 25 living in the borough so parents and carers can get a break. Clubs include Early Years, Little Explorers, Moveability sports, Creator Club, Drama Club, Empire and Vibe youth clubs, YAC and My Space for ages 14 plus with dance, music, singing, arts and crafts.
