Bexley Womens Aid has supported women and children affected by domestic abuse in the borough for over 50 years. The helpline 0208 301 1536 runs Monday to Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm; the team also takes emails at helpline@bexleywomensaid.org.uk. Services include refuge accommodation, one-to-one outreach support and community education programmes that teach children and young people about respectful relationships. The charity helps women and their families obtain and sustain a safe living environment.
