BHT Sussexs Hastings Advice Centre operates from Renaissance House, London Road, St Leonards-on-Sea TN37 6AN (phone 01424 452618), serving residents of Hastings and Rother. Caseworkers give free specialist help on homelessness, harassment by landlords, serious disrepair and possession action. An In Court Duty Scheme covers eviction hearings at the County Court, and a Macmillan Welfare Benefits service offers benefits advice for cancer patients and their carers.
