Monthly Harlow peer support group at the Latton Bush Centre for people affected by bipolar disorder.
Bipolar UK Harlow Support Group meets in the Blue Room at the Latton Bush Centre on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7pm-8pm. Peer-led sessions offer a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies and find local information for people living with bipolar or supporting someone who does.

Who they help: People with a bipolar diagnosis, carers, partners and adult family members.
Eligibility: Adults in Harlow and surrounding areas affected by bipolar disorder, plus carers and family.
