Brent Mencap is a local charity based at 379-381 High Road, Willesden, supporting people with learning disabilities and other long-term health conditions. As well as benefits, housing and family advice, the team employs social prescribing link workers and health and wellbeing coaches who connect adults to free creative and movement sessions such as Amazing Artists, Powerful Poets, gardening, music and yoga.
