The Bridge Homelessness to Hope
Advice: Money, Housing & Work · Charity · Leicester
Daily breakfast service, hot showers, casework and outreach for people experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping in Leicester.
The Bridge is a Leicester charity supporting people who are rough sleeping, sofa surfing or in temporary accommodation. It started in 2009 as a soup run and now offers breakfast six days a week, lunch services, hot showers, laundry, clothing and toiletries. Three case workers help guests with housing and benefit advice, registering with a GP or dentist, and accessing mental health support. They welcome volunteers and guests of all faiths and none, with a Christian ethos.
