Welcome and support centre for refugees and people seeking asylum in Bristol, offering advice, English classes and community.
Bristol Refugee Rights primarily supports asylum seekers and new refugees living in the Bristol postcode area, alongside a youth project and advocacy work. As well as a welcome centre with meals, advice and English classes, the team have a multilingual website covering Albanian, Bengali, Arabic, Tigrinya, Sorani Kurdish, French, Farsi, Pashto, Somali and Urdu, helping people access information in their own language. Regular donations are used to fund advocacy and hot meals; the team are unable to support people outside a BS postcode.
