Affordable 1-1 counselling for adults across Buckinghamshire.
Buckinghamshire Mind offers two distinct counselling streams: Counselling for Adults and Counselling for Young People aged 13 to 21. Sessions cover anxiety, depression, loss, relationships, anger and trauma in High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Chesham and online. Funding may be available through NHS or social care pathways for those referred.
