Group-based mental health recovery support in Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
Buckinghamshire Mind Wellbeing Service runs small groups for adults aged 18 and over with moderate to severe mental health difficulties living in Bucks. Groups in Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Chesham and Chalfont St Peter focus on the Five Ways to Wellbeing through art, crafting, cooking, games, discussions and trips like walking and bowling. New members are paired with a buddy. Self-refer on 01494 463364 or via GP, CMHT or Adult Social Care; some funding available.
