Bury Carers Hub is delivered by n-compass and is the single point of access for unpaid adult carers (18+) supporting another adult living in Bury. The team helps carers register, complete carer assessments, access respite, peer networks and information about benefits and rights. Support is by phone, online and in community venues across Bury. The Hub is commissioned by Bury Council and works with NHS social prescribers, GPs, hospital teams and Bury VCFA to identify and reach hidden carers.
