Bury Involvement Group (BIG) is a small Bury-based charity for adults aged 18 and over experiencing mental health conditions. Groups are peer-led by volunteers with lived experience and include Stronger Together, a Recovery group, BIG Social Group, creative sessions, walks and community events such as clothes swaps. No professional referral is needed - people drop in or sign up directly. BIG aims to reduce isolation, build hope and support people on their recovery journey, working alongside NHS mental health services in Bury.
