Mental health and emotional wellbeing community in St Neots offering peer-led groups, walks, talks and cafe events.
CALMtown is a community wellbeing movement aiming to make St Ives, St Neots, Huntingdon, Ramsey, Sawtry and Yaxley places where no one has to struggle with mental health alone. Weekly CALMwalk groups bring people together for short walks for mental wellbeing. Other activities include CALMcuppa coffee mornings, Meet the Street neighbourhood events, subsidised Mental Health First Aid training and Together in January. CALMtown is part of the national Walking for Health initiative.

Who they help: Adults of any gender struggling with mental health or isolation
Eligibility: Adults living in St Neots and surrounding Huntingdonshire villages experiencing low mood, anxiety or social isolation.
Area covered: St Neots
Not suitable for: CALMtown is a peer-led wellbeing community, not a crisis or clinical service. People in crisis should call NHS 111 option 2 or Samaritans. Sessions are based in Huntingdonshire so further afield people may need to travel.
