Cambridge City Council outreach service supporting rough sleepers into accommodation and other support across the city.
Cambridge City Councils Street Outreach Team supports adults sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness in the city. The CGL outreach team can be reached on 01223 366292, or anyone worried about a rough sleeper can alert StreetLink on 0300 500 0914. Out-of-hours housing emergencies use 0330 053 8109. The team works alongside Jimmys Cambridge for emergency beds, Wintercomfort for showers and breakfast, Centre 33 for young people, Emmaus and the Salvation Army.

Not suitable for: This service focuses on Cambridge City rough sleepers. Residents in South Cambs, Hunts, Ely, Fenland or Peterborough should contact their own district council homelessness team. Statutory homelessness applications go through Housing Advice not the outreach team.
