Camden Routes off the Streets
Advice: Money, Housing & Work · NHS-commissioned · Camden
Outreach and support service for rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness in Camden.
Routes off the Streets Camden is delivered by Change Grow Live and commissioned by Camden Council, with the standalone camdenrts.co.uk site retired in March. Outreach teams work across the borough seven days a week, supporting rough sleepers, street drinkers, street-based sex workers and people misusing drugs. A multi-agency hub links people to housing, training, employment, substance misuse treatment and physical and mental health care, with peer mentors and staff who have lived experience.
