A structured physical activity programme for people about to undergo, currently undergoing or who have completed cancer treatment. Delivered by Impulse Leisure at local leisure centres. Aims to improve physical fitness, strength and emotional wellbeing throughout the cancer journey.

Not suitable for: This service is for adults aged 18 and over who have a cancer diagnosis. It is only available to people who live in Basildon, Billericay or Wickford.
